An interactive and immersive ‘Beat the Hacker’ digital escape room delivered face to face using iPads and mobile devices. Based on a Virtual Escape Room format, players are challenged to solve up to 10 exciting missions linked to digital transformation challenges and eventually “Escape the Room”. A hacker has managed to take over the servers and lock company data files. But the hacker wants team members to prove that they understand the importance of digital transformation, and that the team members are ready to start living according to the core guidelines. If they succeed, the files will be returned. Each challenge is worth points and reveals a clue for the final code to unlock the systems. Proving understanding after each challenge gains even more points.
The game was designed to take 50 minutes for teams to complete as many challenges as possible. The games contain 10 missions relating to Digital transformation, covering fundamental topics like: Design thinking, Learning technologies, Engagement, Brand and Ways of working.
The Mars Demystifying Digital campaign was designed to provide basic awareness of the value of digital strategy and operationalization, and to socialize key terms and definitions. The campaign included instruction on how digital tools and means will help Mars to accelerate their growth strategy, make quicker and more data-driven, proactive decisions. While the campaign touched all Associates at Mars, several audiences had more to learn than others. Over a period of 18 months, new capabilities and training was put in place through DigitalMars, such as design thinking, agile, data & analytics.
For the campaign, the design of a blend of assets and experiences that were curated and published via Sharepoint and the LXP. This provided a “packaged” learning experience with context, content, resources and calls to action for each part of the campaign. A series of 13 microlearning animations were designed to provide basic awareness on key topics such as the Digital Age, Data, Ways of Working and Technologies. The videos formed a sequential learning pathway, but could also be accessed as standalone resources.

This e-learning module was designed for entry level and analyst Associates of the Finance college in Mars U to describe what reconciliation is and to demonstrate how to perform a reconciliation correctly. The solution was a blend of scenario-based e-learning, animations and case studies explaining the process and value of account reconciliation. Created using Articulate Storyline and Vyond.
