This was a first of its kind immersive assessment that Vista were able to track in their Learning Management System (LMS). During this scenario-driven gamified assessment, learners engaged with phone call simulations putting them in direct contact with the customer to face real-life situations and the consequences of their decision-making and questions.
There is the opportunity at the end of each scenario for the learner to self-assess how they felt they dealt with the customer and the situation before the system.
